Theresa Iginla Flagged with Australian Border Force
Update August 2018
==================
Canadian serial offender Theresa Iginla is wanted for interview in Australia re assault July 2016. Iginla has been FLAGGED with AUSTRALIAN BORDER FORCE and should she re-enter Australia Queensland Police Service will be contacted.
Iginla evaded assault charges (July 2016) leaving Australia (Dec 2017) before the case was re-opened (Jan 2018). Unfortunately, for the victim, justice may never be served as Iginla would need to return voluntarily as Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm (AOBH) isn’t a extraditable offence.
Iginla and her false witness girlfriend Aryanna Zelei aka Aryanna Hayden Stills must be laughing at the Australian justice system. They must have been patting themselves on the back for using a false self defence scenario to encourage police to close the case as unfounded, utilising their newly acquired law knowledge and Iginla’s experience as a serial offender.
No formal statement was taken for Iginla. No formal or informal statement was taken for false witness Zelei aka Hayden Stills.
The victim suffered permanent facial damage, PTSD and furthermore became the victim of police misconduct.
