Chronological: Theresa Iginla Assaults an Australian Woman July 2016.

Drafting of scenes/chapters for media video/book. True story to be revealed.

Day 1: Scene 1.
The complaint of assault to Ms James of Gold Coast Australia was unjustly closed as UNFOUNDED  hours after the incident. Iginla was unknown to Ms James prior to assault. At the time both resided at the same complex with James a long term resident; and Iginla a temporary whilst attending Bond University JD law program.

Following assault by Iginla, two independent public witnesses (also pedestrians, witnesses 2 and 3) chased the vehicle driven by Theresa Iginla whom fled the scene. They were unable to stop the speeding vehicle but retrieved the registration number. Witness (witness 2) whom pursed the vehicle by foot called the Computer Aided Dispatch unit (CAD) stating they had just seen a female almost been run over, then had seen her be assaulted by the male driver. The victim and four witnesses ( witnesses 1,2,3 and 4) waited for Robina Police. Police took notepad statements including names and phone numbers of all five people including the victim. Ms James (victim) was attended for injury by Queensland Ambulance Service whilst all four witnesses were present.
Following ambulance assessment of injury the police informed Ms James they had tracked the vehicle, and was registered to a middle aged woman. Assumedly it was thought (by victim) a middle aged woman would be around 50 y/o, therefore it was thought the offender and offender witness were the child or child’s girlfriend/boyfriend of the registered owner. The description of the driver of the vehicle was very slim build, broad shoulders male, about 24 y/o. The victim was unable to identify a racial profile, but only eliminate certain races, stating to ambulance personnel there was something different about him. The victim and friend witness (witness 1) were to attend the Robina Police station the following day for formal statements and photographs. All witnesses did not leave the scene until the police had left, supporting Ms James.

Day 1: Scene 2. Queensland Police Service (QPS) Robina conducted an unofficial interview with the driver and passenger of the vehicle. Suspect Theresa Iginla said it was self defence. Apparent body worn camera statement taken. This is where it gets really interesting. TBC. Noted in QPRIME (Queensland Police Records and Information Management Exchange) report. Police returned to the station and categorised the case as Closed:UNFOUNDED. Three of Ms James’s witnesses (the independent witnesses, witness 2, 3 and 4) were not entered into the QP report. Case closed as unfounded with equal balance of witnesses.

Day 2: Scene (To be advised – TBA). Victim Ms James didn’t attend the station the following day due to facial injuries and trauma from the brutal punch delivered by the driver of the VW hatchback (later identified to be registered to Theresa Iginla, 31 from private investigation). INVESTIGATION TO BE REVEALED.

Day 4: Scene 4. QPS attend victims house to ask for signature to close the case. Although had been officially shut since Day 1 by police. More to be revealed.

1 year later 2017:  Multiple scene’s TBA. Witnesses from the evening of July 2016 are officially added to the QP report after Ms James’s fourth Right to Information submission. Police had intentionally neglected to add the witnesses from the notepad to support a closed case. Ms James then contacted the Crime and corruption commission. Ms James’s four complaints were accepted and forwarded to the Integrity department of the Ethical Standards Command…. more to be revealed.

More information to be shared very soon.
